For eighteen years Ron served as the U. S. Coast Guard’s National Director of Security and Counterintelligence, managing and directing the Coast Guard’s nation-wide Security, Counterintelligence, Anti-Terrorism, and Police/Emergency Services organizations, programs, personnel, and multi-million dollar budget.

After the “9/11 Terrorist Attacks", Ron delayed his planned 2002 retirement, to develop, build, and place in service the U. S. Coast Guard Security Center in Chesapeake Virginia, which is designated as a U. S. Department of Homeland Security "Center of Excellence".

Prior to his employment with the U. S. Coast Guard, Ron served as the Project Director and Manager of a multi-million dollar DOD Research and Development Project, which was designed to test and evaluate new Security, Police, Fire and Emergency Services concepts, and new Physical Security hardware, equipment and systems, for utilization in the protection of government and contractor owned Nuclear Shipyards from Terrorist attacks and other illegal activity.

During his thirty year employment with the Federal Government, Ron also served as a member of the Director of Central Intelligence Security Forum; a member of the U. S. Security Policy Board Forum; and was appointed to a Presidential Task Force to develop National Security Executive Orders for the President's approval and signature. Ron served on other National Security, Counterintelligence, and Law Enforcement related national committees, working groups, and organizations, responsible for the development of Government and Industry wide Policy, Procedures, and Standards.  Ron also served as a Federal Police Commissioner and Special Deputy U. S. Marshal.

Prior to his career with the U. S. Government, Ron served as a Special Agent with the Virginia State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and member of the VA State Police Explosives/Hazardous Devices Disposal Unit; a State Arson Investigator; a City Police Officer; and as a Professional Firefighter.  Ron has an extensive Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Security, Counterterrorism, and Counterintelligence background.

Cynthia Seidman

Cindy worked in private industry as Designer and as a Security Officer/Specialist, and is an expert in Retail and Residential Security.  Cindy served as a Deputy Sheriff and Court Bailiff in Virginia, and also served with a City Police Department in Virginia.  While raising and caring for three children and a husband, Cindy served as a Substitute Teacher in the Virginia School System, and has also worked in the Banking Industry. Cindy has an extensive Law Enforcement, Security, Public Relations, and Auditing background.

Ron has worked in private industry as a Security Officer/Specialist, and is an expert in Physical Security, Anti-Terrorism, and Residential and Industrial Facility Security. He is also an expert in the design and installation of alarm systems and surveillance equipment. Ron served as a Kitty Hawk Police Officer for two years, and is currently serving as a Kitty Hawk Professional Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician (2008 & 2009 Professional Awards).  He also obtained an extensive background in Closed Circuit and Commercial TV, while employed for four years with a nation wide Communications Company.  Ron has an extensive Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Security, and Communications background.

Philip Seidman

Production/Training Specialist

Phil has worked in numerous theaters in Chicago, IL, and with the Navy Pier in Chicago, IL, as an Actor / Role Player, and has worked in private industry in production and design.  Philip's Acting and Role Playing knowledge, skills and experience is valuable in the creation of training videos, informational videos, and as an Actor/Role Player during National Security and/or Counterterrorism related Operational Evaluations and/or Exercises.  Phil graduated from Mary Washington University, with Honors.
