When you
contact us we will:
1. Obtain
information about your house, cottage, condo, or business, its location, along
with any Rental Company or Key Holder information.
2. Obtain
contact information: telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and mailing
addresses of the owner(s).
3. Obtain written owner approval via e-mail/postal to perform the inspections, and make
arrangements to obtain a key to the house, cottage, condo, or business to be inspected.
4.
We will take digital photographs, during the first inspection, for
future reference.

Our Services include:
1. Checking the interior and exterior of your house, cottage, condo, or business, except
crawl spaces and attics, noting any damage, unsafe or
unusual condition(s). (Both Investment Protection and End of Rental Programs)
2. Digital
photographs of any damage, unsafe, or unusual condition(s) that may exist,
will be attached to the Inspection Report. (Investment Protection Program)
3.
Immediate telephone notification to you and/or your Key Holder
(Realty Company or Individual) of any damage or unsafe / unusual condition(s) that
needs immediate attention. (Both Investment Protection and End of Rental Programs)
4. Inspection
Report, with digital photographs of any damage, unsafe or unusual condition(s)
discovered during the evaluation/inspection, e-mailed to you within 24 hours. (Investment Protection Program) |
